עבריתTerms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of this Site and your purchase of any workshop, course, or 1:1 session. The Hebrew version of these Terms is the binding version; this English text is a courtesy translation, and in the event of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
1. General
This site (the "Site") is operated by עופר רגב ייעוץ והטמעה (Ofer Regev Consulting & AI Enablement), Osek Patur (VAT-exempt sole proprietor), business ID 043412386, of 15 Nakash St, Petah Tikva, Israel ("we", "us", "the operator").
By registering for a workshop, course, or 1:1 session, or by using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Registering for a paid Service requires actively checking a box confirming you have read and agree to these Terms. Registration cannot be submitted until this box is checked.
2. The services
We offer live online and in-person workshops and courses for product managers, and individual (1:1) consulting sessions, as published on the Site from time to time (the "Services").
Descriptions, dates, prices, and availability are as published on the Site and may change; the terms applicable to a specific purchase are those in effect at the time of registration.
3. Supply and delivery
No physical goods are shipped. Services are digital/live and delivered as follows: workshops and courses are delivered on the scheduled date, at the location or via the video link stated at registration; joining details (address or video link) are sent by email and/or WhatsApp after registration and again shortly before the session; 1:1 sessions are scheduled individually by email after you submit a request, and delivered by video call at the agreed time.
There is no shipping and no delivery time beyond the scheduled session date.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and are final.
We are registered as an Osek Patur (VAT-exempt sole proprietor) and do not charge or add VAT; a receipt (קבלה) is issued for every payment, not a tax invoice (חשבונית מס).
Payment is processed by our payment provider; card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never stored on this Site.
5. Cancellation and refunds
5.1 Statutory right to cancel. Under the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the transaction document, whichever is later, provided the cancellation is made at least two days, not including rest days, before the scheduled start of the session. Where this statutory right applies, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be deducted. This statutory right applies regardless of, and is not reduced by, the policy below.
5.2 Our cancellation policy. In addition to the statutory right above, and applying where it gives you a better outcome, the following applies to cancellations of workshops, courses, and 1:1 sessions: 7 days or more before the scheduled session — full refund, no fee. Less than 7 days but 24 hours or more before the scheduled session — 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or non-attendance ("no-show") — no refund.
5.3 Rescheduling. You may reschedule your registration to a later date, free of charge, by request at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Each purchase may be rescheduled once. Following a reschedule, the refund tiers in section 5.2 are calculated against the original scheduled date, not the new date. A missed session ("no-show") cannot be rescheduled.
5.4 Cancellation by us. If we cancel or postpone a scheduled session, you may choose between a full refund and a transfer of your registration to another date.
5.5 How to cancel or reschedule. Send a request to theaipmhub@gmail.com or by phone/WhatsApp to 054-288-2420, stating your name, the session, and the date of purchase.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care in preparing and delivering the Services and in maintaining the Site, but the Services and the Site are provided "as is".
We are responsible for the content we publish on the Site and for the delivery of the Services as described in these Terms.
We are not responsible for: technical failures outside our reasonable control (including internet connectivity, video-call platforms, or power outages); decisions made by a participant based on the content of a workshop, course, or session; or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, slides, recordings (where provided), and Site content are our property or used under licence, and are made available to registered participants for personal use only.
Recording, copying, or redistributing materials without written consent is prohibited.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy (or /he/privacy).
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
The competent courts of the Central District of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
