Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), and the content of any message, registration, or inquiry you submit, including details you choose to share about a project or idea when requesting a 1:1 session.

If you create an account, we also collect your login email and any profile details you add.

We do not collect payment card details — these are entered directly with our payment provider.

We use your information to: respond to inquiries and confirm registrations; deliver and administer workshops, courses, and 1:1 sessions, including sending joining details and reminders; process payments through our payment provider and issue receipts; send service-related communications (for example course reminders or account notifications); and, where you have not opted out, send occasional updates about new courses or content.

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and the Services, and only to the extent needed for that purpose: Supabase (database hosting and account authentication), Resend (transactional email and, if you have not opted out, our mailing list), and our payment provider (payment processing and receipt issuance).

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

The Site uses essential cookies required for the Site and your account to function (for example, to keep you signed in), and a local storage preference for your chosen language.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We retain registration and inquiry records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, including to meet our bookkeeping and tax obligations as an Osek Patur (VAT-exempt sole proprietor), and delete or anonymise them when no longer needed.

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records (for example, financial records). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including relying on our processors' security measures (for example, Supabase's database security and access controls).

We may update this Policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
